CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION - Yuletide - at Noor Designs UK - Using scraps

Hello everyone.

I am here again today with some more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

First of all, for those who do not know, these are Limited Edition.  This month is YULETIDE.  It is a collection assembled by Tracy, who tries to source ALL NEW items each month, focusing on her favourite things.  If there are any left over these go into the store, and if not just those that purchase the kit will receive. Each month is a different theme and the next one will be Art Deco.   Don't miss out, hop on over HERE to order your kit.

So, onto what I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

This is a lengthy post, so grab a cuppa.

I sat looking at what I had left in the Crafteezee Collection box and went about using up what was left plus some scraps of my own.  Those who know me will know I love using up scraps!  So I ended up with a trio, but then I made a further project, so it ended up being a trio plus one!   First off I made the tag, then came the cake slice shaped box followed by the gift bag and lastly the wine bottle tag.

TAG
I started off with scraps of paper from the Collection which are Pion Greetings from the North Pole 6 x 6 Midwinter Night for the tag, plus a verse from the Pion Greetings from the North Pole 'Images from the Past' sheet.

I used some of my favourite dies again from Noor Design Uk shop.  The JOY Lattice Border die is peeping through at the left side and the  Studio Light Flowers leaf edge die is positioned at the right.

In addition we see the gorgeous Pleated Ruffle Tulle Trim which can be found in the shop.   There is a fabulous selection of other laces and trims to be found in the appropriate section of  Noor Designs UK  shop including the fabulous Vintage Seam Binding which I have used for the bows.  Tiny bells have been added to the bows from the Crafteezee Collection.   Ivory roses and Meadow Spray finish the design.

CAKE SLICE SHAPED BOX, GIFT BAG and WINE BOTTLE TAG

Here is where I delved into my stash and came up with some white card which I had already embossed, some scraps of lace and flat back pearls.

I used Dutch Dobadoo Templates:
Dutch Doobadoo Box Art A4 Bag
Dutch Doobadoo A4 Pie Set
Dutch Doobadoo Envelope Bottle Label Stencil

Dies used:
JOY Lattice Border die  (Cake slice shaped box)
Studio Light Flowers leaf edge die  (Gift bag)
JOY Flower Edge Die

The lovely pearl Embellishment shown below was also from the Collection.  Now this I thought must be a centrepiece.  So I took the large blue flower from the kit, and carefully took it apart.  After adding a little Cheesecloth (which can be seen on more than one item here) the lovely pearl embellishment was added.  There are a lovely selection of these embellishments here

Several flowers are from the Crafteezee Collection as was the lovely lace which can be seen on the bag.  I think you can just to say see the Petite Rufffled Trim on the edge of the cake slice box.

The beautiful satin ribbon (used for the handles on the bag) was from the Crafteezee Collection also,  as were the flowers.

BOTTLE TAG

And finally, well when I saw this beautiful  Ribbon Slider in the box I knew it had to be used in a striking way.  So I added a pearl embellishment from the selection found here, and based the design around that.  The lovely turquoise ribbon was actually a piece taken from the ribbon which was wrapped around the Crafteezee Collection.  The Bottle tag was actually made and then attached to a tag card which I made myself.

Candy Cane charms, lovely lace   and Silver Jingle Bells  were added from the Collection together with white rosesPomegranite apples and Large Poppy style flowers

I have absolutely loved using this fabulous Collection!

Thanks for stopping by and happy Crafting

CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION at NOOR DESIGNS UK - Yuletide

Hello everyone.

I am here today with some more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

So, onto the card I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

I started off with the two of the papers from the Collection which are Greetings from the North Pole 6 x 6 Midwinter Night

I used some of my favourite dies again from Noor Design Uk shop.  The JOY Lattice Border die is peeping through at each side and is just to say visible curving round the right hand side of the image.
The JOY French Lily Border die is positioned at the top.

In addition we see the gorgeous lace Gwendoline which can be found in the shop.   There a a fabulous selection of other laces and trims to be found in the appropriate section of  Noor Designs UK  shop including the fabulous Vintage Seam Binding which I have used for the bows.

Again I have used the lovely Pleated Ruffle Tulle Trim.  I just cannot stop using this and am tending to reach for it time and time again!

The flowers used are  Lily Mixed PinkEnglish Roses  from Noor Design Uk shop and Glass Strawberries provided in the Crafteezee Collection,

The Mini bark stars can be seen dotted around the floral display.   Again these were in the Crafteezee Collection.

I am loving using this fabulous Collection!

CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION - Yuletide - at Noor Designs UK

Hello everyone.

I am here today with my Design Team post and more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

It is to be  a different theme each month.

So, onto the card I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

I started off with the two of the papers from the Collection which are Greetings from the North Pole 6 x 6 Midwinter Night.

I needed an image to co-ordinate, so I looked out a sheet of 12 inch paper from the Noor Design Uk shop and cut an image from that ( Pion Greetings from the North Pole Midwinter Night ).  This paper seemed too nice to use as a background which I often cover up with embellishments.

Of course I had to add some of my favourite dies from Noor Design Uk shop.  The JOY Lattice Border die is peeping through at each side and the Studio Light Beautiful Flowers Leaf edge die is positioned at the top.  You can see a close up of part of this die in the photo below.

In addition we see the gorgeous lace which was in the Collection.  There a a fabulous selection of other laces and trims to be found in the appropriate section of  Noor Designs UK  shop including the fabulous Vintage Seam Binding.  Well when I first saw this I was made up, but what a lovely choice of colours.  I went for the plain white for the two bows in this design.

The photo below shows a close up of the lovely charm which was in the Crafteezee Collection and again there is a good choice of  charms, trinkets and pendants to choose from in the shop which can be found here

I think the photo below does actually show the Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste which I tinged the die-cuts with and also the lovely little bells which have been added to the bows.  Again these were in the Crafteezee Collection.

I just loved the flowers provided in the Crafteezee Collection, they were presented so uniquely.  It was such a shame to take them apart!  But it was a needs must.  So first I carefully took apart the large blue Gardenia and set aside the largest layer for later.  Here I have used the second layer which  was the smallest layer at the top of the flower.  Again Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste has been added.   I see the

I see the large poppy style flowers which we see here are available in the shop.  Yay!  I absolutely love those!  AND, so are the tiny wooden snowflakes which can be seen dotted around the floral display.

What a fabulous Collection this is, Tracy really has excelled!

CHRTISTMAS AT SWEET STAMPIN' - Glitz & Sparkle

Hi everyone

I am so delighted to be here today to share my card for  http://christmasatsweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/

I just love using this lovely star template from the Durch Doobadoo section at  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/
I used it such a lot last year and still can not leave it alone.  The image is a Hobby House topper bearing the image created by Sylvia Zet.  The embellishments are a mixture of items from my stash and also from http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

It would be lovely if you could find time to pop over and see the amazing work of the Design Team, and even better if you were to take part in the Challenge.

As always, thanks for looking,

NOOR DESIGNS UK - CRAFTEEZE MONTHLY COLLECTION - YULETIDE - (Limited Edition)

Hi everyone

I am delighted to be here today as a new member of the Design Team at http://noordesign-uk.blogspot.co.uk/ and am sharing some inspiration from the fabulous Crafteeze monthly Collection which Tracy has put together at  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/ focusing on her favourite things.

So, first of all, a little bit about the Crafteeze monthly Collections which are Limited Edition. Each month is to a different theme.  This month is YULETIDE.    Tracy tries to source ALL NEW items each month for the collections and if there are any left over they will go into the store and if not, just those that purchased the kit will receive.

Well, when I received my Yuletide Collection I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt I was absolutely in awe.  In fact I really need two!  One to use and one to look at!  lol  Receiving this Collection, which is to a different theme each month, means it is going to be the highlight of the month for me, and better still I have no idea what will be included in it.  I notice that the next Collection for October is entitled 'Art Deco'    WOW!  I cannot wait!

So onto what I made.  Now I was short of time when I was making this, so I just had to go with my instinct.  When I saw the lovely plain gift bag there in the kit waiting to be prettied up that was my starting point.  And then I went from there.

The 6 inch  papers from the Crafteeze Collection are Pion North Pole, a lovely selection and the image is from the same brand which fortunately I had already purchased along with the pregathered lace from  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

The JOY Lattice Edge die-cuts I feel do tend to widen it out a little and add a little extra to the design.  There is also a lovely JOY Stars edge border die at the top.

Virtually all the embellishments are from the Crafteeze Collection and I have added Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste to the stars.  I just love the lace featured at the top.  There are so many possibilities for using this, I just did not want to cut into it!

I finished it off with the fabulous Vintage Seam Binding which I am absolutely in love with.  This is available in the shop in different colours.  I chose white and Ivory.  When it arrived I just could not believe my eyes.  I had ordered several colours and placed together they looked so yummySat there together they just reminded me of Mr Whippy ice cream!

I will list below the items I have used, apart from items from my own stash.  Full details can be seen on the Blog at http://noordesign-uk.blogspot.co.uk/ also.

FUSSY & FANCY CHALLENGE - Bingo

Hi everyone

What a fabulous Challenge we have starting today at http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/

Nikki is hosting this Challenge and has chosen a brilliant theme of BINGO.

We are sponsored by http://www.liveandlovecrafts.com/

I opted to make a Christmas card again using this lovely Magnolia Tilda image which I coloured with Copics.  I did not quite go for full house, I think there is just the distressing and buttons I missed off.

The star is a template from the Dutch Doobadoo Range available at http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

The flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts.

It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful inspiration and even better if you fancy joining in with the challenge. (http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ )

As always, thanks for looking,
