ANOTHER VINTAGE TAG

Hi everyone

It started off very dull and a good bit cooler here today, but I see it is now brightening now that I am back from town.  Well, I am hoping for a crafty hour shortly so really I do not mind one little bit because I will be a happy bunny whatever the weather.

I have another tag to share today which I made recently.  I am not sure where this image came from to be honest, probably Magic Moonlight.  I believe I used Pion papers and embellishments from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The trim is available at Noor Designs UK and also Live and Love Crafts.

I hope you are all having a lovely Summer.  I know I am.

Thanks for looking,

A ROMANTIC TAG

Hi everyone

Well I hope all my UK followers have had a lovely Bank Holiday.

I am here today to share a photo of a tag I made.  I must confess this is one I made some time ago and has been sat in my saved photos to post on my Blog for a while now.  I have quite a lot of photos waiting to be shared so I will be doing this shortly.

The image is one of the CMD images from my stash.  I am so sorry that this shop has now closed.

In addition I have used a selection of embellishments from my stash but I guess if you look on the lovely shop at http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/  you may well come across them (and much more!) on there.

As always, thanks for looking,

CHRISTMAS ANGELS

Hi everyone,

Well, it is Bank Holiday here in UK, so I wish everyone a very happy Bank Holiday.

Having seen the Challenge for this month is 'Christmas in August' at Noor Designs UK, I am sharing a Christmas card I have made using the lovely papers by Lemoncraft called 'Christmas Greetings'.  I just love these papers.  These together with the border die, leaves and beautiful trim are all available at http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

The Poinsettia die was a freebie from a magazine, but I think it is a Crealies.

I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink for the edges and then added glitter.

I think virtually everything else came from my stash

I would love to enter this into two Challenges as follows:

Christmas in August at Noor Designs UK
Use at least two dies at ALLSORTS

As always, thanks for looking.

WE LOVE VINTAGE CHALLENGE REMINDER - MALE

Hi everyone

I am here today with my Guest Designer reminder card for the Challenge themed 'MALE at We Love Vintage

As I said before, I know we all throw our hands up in the air in horror at the thought of making cards for males.  But I have found that if we have the right materials it is so much easier AND, they are definitely much quicker to make, once we have the layout and relevant materials to hand.

It is on my list of things to do to take a look properly at the new Pion papers which are new out, because they are just the ticket for men. ( available from
http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/ )  I think these are a must for quick male cards.

But for this card I found this lovely Vintage image in my stash (either from Kraftyhands or Cardmaker's Delights when they were trading) so I had my starting point.

Border Dies/leaves  - http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/
Papers from Stash
I used some of the rope I collected recently and washed thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly!) for the July Nautical cards.

I think just about everything came from my stash for this card to be honest.  AND, I can honestly say I enjoyed making this card!  I think I have found the key to making cards for male more easier.

It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful work, and even better if you fancied taking part in the Challenge.  ( http://wlvc.blogspot.co.uk/

So - onto my card

Border Dies  (and WOW they really are fabulous!) - http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/
Papers - JOY - http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/
Rope:  Live and Love Crafts

Shells - purchased locally.
It is hard to tell on the photo, but there is lashings of Ducth Doobadoo Structure paste added to this card (border die-cuts, leaves, rope, shells,)

It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful work, and even better if you fancied taking part in the Challenge.  ( http://wlvc.blogspot.co.uk/
