DUTCH DOOBADOO Gift bag template at Noor

Hi all

Today is gift bag day!  Well it is for me anyway.  This little gift bag was made using this fabulous template by Dutch Doobadoo from Noor Designs UK.  It is made using one sheet of A4 card BUT on this occasion I took the same shape and design but cut it down slightly to make a smaller gift bag.  I had a good reason for doing this - I wish I could remember what it was! lol

The Joy papers are from Noor Designs UK and the embellishments are from  my stash.  You will see I did not bother using the handles on the template.  I replaced this with lace making my own handles and must say I love the effect.

Aurora Wings and Noor

Hi all

Over the next few days (ermmmm, or could it be maybe weeks?) I have a selection of bits of this and that to share from my saved photo folders.  I have been building up stock for a few Craft Fairs this coming Summer so have not been making just cards, but focusing on different types of makes too.

Today it is a card I am here with using this lovely image from Aurora Wings which I have coloured with Copics.

The papers are from LOTV, the embellishments from Live and Love Crafts, the dies are Noor and Cheery Lynn, and anything else came from my stash.

As always, thanks for looking,

KRAFTYHANDS April CHALLENGE - 'Nature's Work'

Hi everyone,

I have a DT card to share today which I have made for the Challenge at Kraftyhands which is themed 'Nature's Work'.

Well, I delved into the gorgeous 'English Country Garden' pack of postcard toppers from Kraftyhands online shop.  I cannot tell you enough how I love this set and to be honest I was spoilt for choice for this theme as to which to use.  I mean, 'Nature's work'?  Well, I imediately thought of the flowers, butterflies etc.  For this card I opted to go for the embossed look.

The border dies are Tim Holtz. The embellishments were from Live and Love Crafts and anythng else came from my stash.

I do hope you have time to pop over and take a look at the very talented Design Team's work on the Kraftyhands  blog.  It is a fabulous Challenge, it would be great if you could join in.

As always, thanks for looking, and have a great day!

NOOR DESIGNS UK APRIL CHALLENGE - Anything Goes

Hi all

Happy Easter to you all!  I hope you are having a smashing time.

I am just bobbin through with a card I made using the lovely teapot template from Dutch Doobadoo.  This was purchased from Tracy at Noor Designs U K

These are the links to two of the shops I use:
Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the stamped image used for the focal point.  This lovely circle topper was stamped and coloured by a friend of mine some time ago.  It is so precious, I have been waiting for the right moment to use it.  I think it goes perfect with this shape.

It goes without saying that I just love the Dutch Doobadoo range andas I have said before the templates are brilliant and easy to use.

Most of the embellishments are from Live and Love Crafts.

I would like to enter this into the 'Anything Goes Challenge at  Noor Designs UK

As always, thanks for looking,

FUSSY AND FANCY FRIDAY CHALLENGE #136 - BUTTONS AND BOWS

Hi everyone,

I am delighted to be back with a Design Team card to share which I made for the Challenge at  Fussy and Fancy

Kavitha is hosting this Challenge, the  theme is entitled  Buttons and Bows ' and we are sponsored by  Aurora Wings

These images are absolutely gorgeous, what a talented Artist Mitzi is!  Initially, I thought the image would be a challenge for me to colour but you know they are not as daunting as they first appear.

I used this lovely Dutch Doobadoo template from Noor Designs UK for the shape of the card.  I just love these templates and they are so easy to use!  Plus I do not need to get my die-cut machine out too.

TUSSIE MUSSIE NO 5

Morning all

Yes it is another Tussie Mussie!  I think I am almost there now.  I could just have one left which I have not posted on my Blog yet.

For this one I again started off with an 8 inch square of paper.

I used papers from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and good old Wilko.  It will come as no surprise to hear that the lace and other bits and pieces were from my stash.

Thanks for looking today,

Judy x
