CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION - In the Forest Winter Wonderland

Hello everyone.  I am here again today with some more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

First of all, for those who do not know, these are Limited Edition.  This month is  'IN THE FOREST - WINTER WONDERLAND IN NOVEMBER'. What a wonderful theme!¬   It is a collection assembled by Tracy, who tries to source ALL NEW items each month, focusing on her favourite things.  If there are any left over these go into the store, and if not just those that purchase the kit will receive. Each month is a different theme .   Don't miss out, hop on over HERE to order your kit.  The next one is themed '3D Decadence'.  Doesn't that sound fabulous!  There is also an additional facility using Paypal monthly subscription links.

So, onto what I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

I opted to make another Christmas Card using this gorgeous image and selected other things from http://www.noordesign-shop.co.uk/  I will list links below.  I really wanted to make a Snowglobe card so set about making my own version.  Well, I can tell you I will definitely purchase and use the template found here next time. It would be so much easier!

I used the JOY circle no 4 to frame the circle.  Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste and glitter have also been added and likewise to the cones, sprigs, and flowers, all of which are included in the current  Crafteezee Collection.  Some of these are now available in the shop so I will list links below.

The ribbon bows are made from the fabulous Vintage Seam binding (Antique Brown).  I cannot stop using this and the colours are so lush!

And a close up view of the gorgeous flowers, sprigs and cones from the Crafteezee Collection.

I have absolutely loved using this fabulous Collection!

Thanks for stopping by and happy Crafting

Judy

Hi everyone

Today sees the start of another Challenge at http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/
Jules is hosting  this Challenge and the theme she has chosen is 'Angels, Fairies or Winter'

It is not my turn to post really, but as this Challenge will be running for four weeks until January 11th I decided I would like to play along.

We are sponsored by Lawn Fawn

This is very much a card made from my stash.  The papers are JOY.  Some of the products were a birthday gift but I think most things are obtainable from http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful inspiration and even better if you fancy joining in with the challenge. (http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ )

As always, thanks for looking,

CHRISTMAS AT SWEET STAMPIN' CHALLENGE - Inspired by Song

Hi everyone

I am so delighted to be here today to share my card for  http://christmasatsweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/.  Full details can be found here of the Challenge.

This time the theme is 'Inspired by Song' and we are being sponsored by All Dressed Up.  I was lucky enough to be asked to work with this lovely image from All Dressed Up and I have used one or two items from Noor Design UK.

This image makes me think of all the lovely Christmassy snowy songs/carols.

The die-cuts are a Sweet Dixie Heart die.  The gorgeous papers are Whimsy and just about everything else came from my stash.

It would be lovely if you could find time to pop over and see the amazing work of the Design Team, and even better if you were to take part in the Challenge.

As always, thanks for looking,

CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION - 'In the ~Forest - Winter Wonderland'

Hello everyone.  I am here again today with some more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

First of all, for those who do not know, these are Limited Edition.  This month is  'IN THE FOREST - WINTER WONDERLAND IN NOVEMBER'. What a wonderful theme!¬   It is a collection assembled by Tracy, who tries to source ALL NEW items each month, focusing on her favourite things.  If there are any left over these go into the store, and if not just those that purchase the kit will receive. So, onto what I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

I took one look at the lovely baubles and the little Christmas Tree and had to get my thinking cap on. The little Christmas Tree took some thinking about to be honest.  I could think of so many uses.  For instance, Easel card, Diorama Card, An easel box card, oh the ideas were flowing!  Eventually I decided upon a sleeve for a box of After Eight Mints.  Each Christmas I try and make something for a friend of mine which we call a 'pass it on' gift.  In other words she uses it again next year.  This is perfect for that.

So here we have it.  A sleeve containing a box of After Eight Mints using items from the Crafteezee Collection :

And a close up showing the flowers, tree and sprigs.  In addition there is Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste tinging the flowers etc with the lovely glitter from the Crafteezee Collection adding that touch of texture and sparkle :

The lovely baubles I did in a very simple design, but they were very difficult to photograph.  They really are much better in real life.  Again I used items from the Crafteezee Collection.  These look so different and so much better  in real life.

I have absolutely loved using this fabulous Collection!

Thanks for stopping by and happy Crafting

NOOR DECEMBER CHALLENGE - 'Sparkle'

Hello everyone,

Today sees the start of a new Challenge at Noor Design Uk.   The theme is 'Sparkle'.  Well what a lovely theme this is.  Full details can be found on the Challenge Blog here

I opted to alter a Gift bag again.  And I loved every minute of doing this, especially using such beautiful materials.

I started off by reaching for the gorgeous PION The Night before Christmas - Just a Peek papers, the Dutch Dobadoo STAR template, Dutch Doobadoo Structure paste a gold Stickles glitter and a  pot of glitter.  That was my starting point.

These are the dies I used:

JOY Stars Edge Die
Circle Die No 2

The Scrapiniec Holly Jolly Wreath was in the YULETIDE Crafteezee Collection but is now available here.  You can just see it peeping through  encircling the images on the papers.  Tiny pearls have been added to give the effect of berries.

I added Lace Gwendoline to the Pleated Ruffle Tulle Trim and again at the top left.

The flowers used are:

Large poppies
English roses
Pomegranite Apples

And the bows are made using  Antique Brown Vintage Seam Binding (love this colour!)

It would be lovely if you could pop over and see the so very talented Design Team's inspiration which can be found here and even better if you would like to enter the Challenge.

As always, thanks for looking
