VINTAGE CHRISTMAS

Hi everyone,

Has it been warm enough for you today?  It is lovely to see some Summer here in the UK at last. I say lets make the most of it whilst it lasts.

Tonight I am starting with a Christmas card with a feel of Vintage.  This card just sort of happened really.  I started making an ordinary Christmas card, did not like the image and replaced it with this lovely image from Magic Moonlight.  It is very much a stash card apart from the flowers which I bought from Wild Orchid Crafts.   The papers were in a lovely Christmas crafting parcel I received from a friend (thanks Choccy) and the red die-cuts were a freebie with some die-cuts I purchased from EBay.

CHRISTMAS IN SUMMER

Back again today with a quick card to post.

Oh how I am enjoying the Vintage look.  This card could be termed as Christmas or General really,  but I think the image has such a Wintery Christmassy look to it.  I was inpired by the colours in the photo inspiration at Totally Papercrafts.  It just made me think, dreamy, and well I wanted it to be lacy too.

A TOUCH OF VINTAGE

Hi everyone

Well tonight I have a card to share which a totally different type of theme for me.  I was inspired by a lovely card Alison made recently.  My card is nothing like Alison's but that is where my inspiration source came from.  At first I thought I would be out of my comfort zone, but you know I enjoyed it!  I wonder what you think?

I took the colours from the lovely Challenge at Ribbon Girl, and then kept to my own sort of style.  And guess what I cut into my Pion papers.  I only bought a few and they have been sat looking at me for ages now.  Boy did it hurt! lol
