VINTAGE WEDDING

Hi everyone,

It looks like that was Summer, it is a lot cooler here today and somehow the sunshine has vanished.

I have a card to share tonight which I was asked to make, they supplied the image so I am not sure where it came from.  I am all of a dither when I do them for people like this and I was a little worried I ruined the image!  Anyhow the lady was really pleased with the end result so that was ok.  The image was quite large even when cut down so I had to do this on an A5 card, it is simply ages since I have worked with this size.  I had hoped it would fit on a 7 x 5 inch but there was no way it would fit.

I struggled to find papers to match but eventually found some in my stash.
Die-cuts:  Memory Box, and Marianne Creatables
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Sir Stampalot Challenge - Photo Inspiration
Cupcake Craft Challenge - Stitching
Make My Monday Challenge - Vintage Wedding

Thank you for looking,

Judy x

  4. Oh! Wow, What a stunningly beautiful card. I am certain this will be treasured. I have seen this image on a Joanna Sheen CD - Victorian Romance I think! I love how you have chosen a neutral background and followed the colours of the flowers from the bouquet in the pic. Thanks for sharing with us at Make My Monday. Caz
