Hi everyone,
I am delighted to be here today with my first Design Team card for 'A Die for a Sketch' Challenge. This is a fabulous Challenge simply to follow a lovely Sketch (details of which can be found here
The only stipulations are to follow the Sketch and to use at least one die. And there jis a full month in which to do it. I always love working to Sketches so this is just ideal for me, and this one was a joy to work to. All the different pieces around the edge of the Sketch are in position using a co-ordinating paper but due to the stitching they do not show up very well, and tend to blend in.
Sponsor: Whimsy
Image: This lovely image has been coloured by a very dear friend of mine, but I am not sure what it is actually called.
Die-cuts: Cheery Lyn corners
Pearls and cheesecloth from EBay
Ribbon from Live and Love Crafts
Papers: Prima
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Stickles, seeds and carrot buttons purchased locally
Machine Stitching
Everything else from stash
I would like to enter this into the following Challenges:
Do pop over to the Challenge Blog at A Die for a Sketch, and take a look at the talented Design Team's lovely creations. I do hope you can join in with this lovely Challenge.
Thank you so much for looking,
Judy x
