VINTAGE at Cheery Lynn

Hi everyone

I am just stopping by with a card to share which I made for the Challenge at Cheery Lynn where the theme is one of my favourites 'Vintage'.  I have had such fun playing with the Frame, flower and leaves dies from Cheery Lynn and have added a Cheery Lynn Butterfly die-cut too.  The embossing folder is the A4 one which came with my e-Bosser.  (Love this!)  The image is from Magic Moonlight.  I inked the flowers and also the embossing.

I would like to enter this into the Vintage Challenge at  Cheery Lynn

Thanks for looking,

CHRISTMAS CARD AND CO-ORDINATING CARD GIFT BAG

I am back again with my second posting today.

Well, you know what I am like, I got a bit carried away with the Sketch for the challenge at The Shabby Tearoom

Well, I enjoyed making the card gift bag so much that I found myself making another one but this time a Christmas one.

Again it is going to be photo heavy.  It is easier than trying to describe what I did.

This time I used a lovely Sarah Kay image which has been coloured by a friend of mine.  The papers are Crea Diem and Maja from Live and Love Crafts.

The Lace tree which is on the inside of the card, and also on the front of the bag is made of strips of pre-gathered lace.  I got this idea from Amelia
I am in awe of Amelia's work, and when I emailed and asked if I could take inspiration from her tree and have a go myself I got a lovely reply.  Do pop over and take a look at Amelia's Blog, it is full of lovely creations.

Again the Sketch has been followed to the inside of the card but this time I have moved the image to the centre of the bag as it just was not going right at all.  So, this I would also like to enter into the Challenge at The Shabby Tearoom

Again, thank you for looking, and a happy weekend to you all too.

BABY CARD AND CO-ORDINATING GIFT BAG

Hi everyone,

Tonight I am here to share a card and co-ordinating Gift Bag I made following this lovely Sketch for the Challenge at Shabby Tearoom

I turned the Sketch around, and followed the Sketch to the inside of the card.  The front does follow the sketch but the embellishments have covered it, but the card bag is followed to the Sketch too and this is easier to see.  It is a bit photo heavy I am afraid:

I used a Mo Manning image but everything else is very much from my stash.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Thank you for looking,

Hi everyone,

Tonight I have a card to share which I made for the Chalenge at The Shabby Tearoom

I bought just a small amount and have tons left for other cards.  Just perfect for Gardeners.  It has actually turned out better than I had hoped.  The shape of the card is another Horizontal Multifold.

CHRISTMAS CARDS ALL YEAR ROUND CHALLENGE - GETTING READY FOR CHRISTMAS

Hi everyone

Today sees the start to a new Challenge at CCAYR, which is entitled 'Getting Ready for Christmas'  You will see I have been playing around with my Cheery Lynn die-cuts again, and I just love this Sarah Kay image which has been coloured by a friend of mine.  Yes even the flowers and leaves are Cheery Lynn die-cuts.  The front and side borders are from a lovely Cheery Lynn frame die.  Don't they give that lovely lacy effect instead of using real lace?
