FUSSY & FANCY FRIDAY Challenge - Shades of Blue

Today sees the start of another Challenge at http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/

The Challenge is being hosted by Nikki.  The chosen theme is 'Shades of Blue'.  I should use blue more often!

Yes. this is another card using one of the little rag dress toppers I made a little while ago.  I loved making these.  For anyone who does not know this, I searched for video tutorials and then tried my hand at making one.  I was hooked!  And yes I had done one in blue!

Again, I have used items from Wild Orchid Crafts, Noor Design UK and also from my stash.
