FUSSY & FANCY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - Christmas
Hi everyone
Today sees the start of another Challenge at http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/
As Christmas is approaching this Challenge is where both Teams A and B of the Design Team combine to wish you a very Merry Christmas. And the Challenge is set with the lovely theme of 'Christmas'
The image was created by Sylvia Zet and is in the form of a Hobby House topper. The papers are from two Craft and You packs called 'North Pole' and 'Christmas Story'. The materials used are a combination of items from my stash and items from Noor Design Uk.
It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful inspiration and even better if you fancy joining in with the challenge. (http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ )
So Merry Christmas everyone, and as always, thanks for looking,
Judy x

Yes, it is another lace tree! This time it is on an embossed background.
The heart trim and the flowers are from Noor Design UK. Everything else came from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by.

UNLOADED BAG
Morning everyone
Here I have an empty loaded bag which I made recently. I just loved making these. The idea is that there are pockets here and there, and then the bag is stuffed with little bits of this and that to form gifts. I just love this idea.
The papers and flowers and pearl button were from Noor Design UK and the rest came from my stash.

VINTAGE FATHER CHRISTMAS
Hi Everyone
Firstly, let me say a huge thank you for all the lovely comments I am receiving, I really do appreciate this. I read every one and although I may be a bit slow in returning the compliment, I do try and do this when I am able.
Can you believe we are in December already! It seems to have crept upon us. I reckon now is a good moment to share a few Christmas cards even though they may have been in my photos folder a while.
It will come as no surprise to see a card with a Vintage image. I love the Vintage Father Christmas images.
I think the dies would be from Noor Design UK and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Thanks for stopping by,

VINTAGE ANGELS
Hi everyone
Here I have another Vintagey card which I made, again back in August 2016. I always have loved this type of layout, but somehow I struggle to photograph them to their best advantage.
I used the Dutch Doobadoo Star shape, and selected papers which I purchased from Live and Love Crafts when that lovely shop was open. The flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts. The cheesecloth is available to purchase from Noor Design UK and it really is the finest quality..
Thanks for stopping by.

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS
Hi everyone
I notice the date on this photo is 2016! So I am guessing as I usually make Christmas cards early it must have been made probably summer 2016!
It is a fairly simple design, using the large die-cuts to form the background shape, and the JOY die curving round the image at the top left corner.
I just love the vintage images! Very often we tire of a type of image and move onto something else, but I never tire of these.
The flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Thanks for stopping by.

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS
Hi everyone
Here we have another Vintagey design, and this one is one I made way back when!? I know that by the layout! It is one I used such a lot at one time. Iam guessing that it was very much a stash card to be honest. The two dies were from Noor Design UK, I do know that. And the flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts originally.

VINTAGE LADY
Hi everyone
I am gradually wading through my saved photos but it has got to the stage where I am not sure just what products I used. This is one of those cards, and it was made a while ago. What I do know is that I love that image! And I also know that it is one I purchased from Live and Love Crafts when they were open. How we miss Sandy and her lovely shop!
The two dies, a butterfly border die and a leafy border die both came from Noor Design UK and the flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts.

A MAGIC MOONLIGHT MOMENT
Hi everyone
I had a Magic Moonlight Moment here. I have always loved this image from Magic Moonlight and it is one I turn to very often whilst looking through their selection of free images.

PION OR MAJA
Hi everyone,
Well, I clean forget which papers I used here. I made this card some time ago, and I know I had fun using up things from my stash of Pion and Maja papers etc. It was very much a card made from stash because the flowers are some I had in my box for ages and they just seemed to be the right colour to co-ordinate.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi everyone
It was a while back when I made this card but I remember I had a lot of fun using some of my Pion products.
The cheesecloth and trim came from Noor Design UK, as did the JOY die at the top left and the roses. The roses are tinged with Dutch Doobadoo Structure paste. Anything else came from my stash.

MERRY CHRISTMAS DIE
Hi everyone
Well I hope you all had a good weekend.
Here today we have a card I made recently, again using Gilding Polish on the die-cuts and part of the embossed background.
The tree is a Digi image which I beaded.
The embellishments came from Wild Orchid Crafts, Noor Design UK and of course my stash.
The Merry Christmas die-cut is a curved JOY die which I cut up to form the wording at the top right corner. I just love this die. It came from Noor Design UK a few months ago. The red trim came from my stash as did the lace beneath.
Thanks for stopping by.

WINDOW CARD
Hi everyone
And another window card! I really do love making window cards!
This card is a recent one I made adding Gilding Polish to the die-cuts and part of the embossed background. I added a little lace to dress the window and quite like the effect. The embellishments are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design UK. And of course from my stash.
Happy weekend everyone and thanks for stopping by,

LACE TREE
Hi everyone
Here I have a card to show you which I made a little while ago. The photo is not very straight I am afraid.
First I made the lace tree. This was simply a triangle of card which I added the lace and pearl trim to. I first made one of these some years ago and was reminded to make some more a few weeks ago. My style has changed somewhat since those days though, I add so much more to my cards these days. This one was supposed to be less elaborate but somehow I just do not seem to be able to make cards without adding embellishments!

So, here we have an embossed background. I love the embossed look! I have used a selection of die-cuts and beautiful embellishments from Wild Orchid Crafts. The flowers are tinged with Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste. I cannot get enough of that stuff! And anything else came from my stash.

THROUGH THE WINDOW
Hi everyone
I am a little late today in posting. The system seems to have gone wrong somewhere! lol However, I am here with a tag card which I made a while ago using this lovely window die which I purchased from Noor Design UK earlier in the year. I have used this die such a lot.
This is quite a simple design, using pretty papers and image behind the window and embellishments from Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design UK. It will come as no surprise that I delved into my stash too.
Thanks for stopping by, and again for all your lovely comments too.

NO IMAGE CARD Take 2
Morning everyone
Well, I am gradually wading through my saved photos to share, but there is a good way to go yet.
I have another card with no image to share today. You know I was pretty amazed that I could do this sort of card. It was quite a challenge for me. I posted one of these the other week, but this was made at the same time. I sort of got quite hooked on making these.
The lovely window die and papers were from Noor Design UK as were some of the embellishments. I think the papers were Lemoncraft. Anything else was from either Wild Orchid Crafts or my stash.

FUSSY & FANCY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - 'Thanks'
Hi everyone
Today sees the start of another Challenge at http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/
It is Theresa's turn to host this challenge and the chosen theme is 'Thanks ' . I interpreted this to mean Thanksgiving.
The image was created by Sylvia Zet and is in the form of a Hobby House topper. The papers are a Craft and You pack called 'Wedding Garden'. I love these packs of papers! The embellishments are a mixture from Wild Orchid Crafts, Ribbon Girl and Noor Design UK.
It would be lovely if you had time to pop over and see the Design Team's beautiful inspiration and even better if you fancy joining in with the challenge. (http://fussyandfancychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ )
As always, thanks for looking,

CHRISTMAS GIFT BAG

Yes this is a stamped image! One I coloured up some time ago, but that will come as no surprise to you! It is an old Magnolia stamp.
This was very much made from my stash. The embellishments were from Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design UK. You will just be able to see the Structure paste from Dutch Doobadoo on the flowers I think.

Anything Goes at CHRISTMAS AT SWEET STAMPIN'
Hi everyone
I am so delighted to be here today to share my card for http://christmasatsweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/. Full details can be found by clicking the above link.
As always, it is the easiest theme ever - Anything Goes Christmas!
So, here is what I made. This time it is another Paper Bag Card. I am so pleased that Karina (who is on the Dt for Noor Design UK) shared a tutorial on her Blog some months ago. Since that day I have been hooked on making these!
The papers are from a pack called 'Cricket on the Heath' by Lemoncraft I think? The Shabby white embellishments were from Noor Design UK, as was the Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste which has been used to tinge the embellishments. Love this stuff! The dies all came from Noor Design UK.

ART DECO CHRISTMAS
Hi everyone,
I am here today with another card to share. Well, when I was looking through my toppers a while back I came across some Art Deco images. I must admit I do love these images and they are a refreshing change from my normal images I use.
I opted to use a layout which first inspired me from a lovely lady's Blog. ( http://eulandasilvey.blogspot.co.uk/ ). Eulanda is such a talented lady and a lovely friend too.
The image was quite large and this has made for quite a large card. I simply added some embellishments from Wild Orchid Crafts, Noor Design UK and from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by and also for your lovely comments I am receiving. I do appreciate those more than you will ever know.

BEADED TREE
Hi everyone
Well, we are to the end of another week again, so I am finishing with another beaded tree image. It was a digi image (I think?) which I dressed with beads etc. I used Glossy Accents to stick them. I find Glossy Accents so useful!
Again I have used Gilding Wax/polish, this time in gold, on the die-cuts and the embossed background too.
I just want to keep using the Merry Christmas die over and over again! I just love it! That got daubed with Gilding Polish too! The embellishments were a mixture from Noor Design UK, Wild Orchid Crafts and my stash.
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Weekend to you all.

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS SHAKER CARD
Hi everyone
Today I have a card to share in the form of a Shaker Card. I had been itching to try one of these.
Yes more of the lovely Gilding Polish/Wax! Once I got using this I could not stop!
I used a set of shaker dies which I purchased from Maddy Lisa. These were so useful and saved all the fiddling about with getting the right sizes etc. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design Uk. I have added the lovely Dutch Doobadoo Structure past in parts too.
Thanks for stopping by,

Hi everyone
I am back today with a card to share using a lovely image created by Sylvia Zet in the form of a Hobby House Topper. I absolutely love this image. Again I have used items from Noor Design Uk and Wild Orchid Crafts. Anything else is from my stash.
I tried a little different layout on this card and must confess I will be doing this again as I love it. It was one that just sort of happened, if you know what I mean.
Thanks for stopping by,

PION NORTH POLE
Hi everyone
Did you have a good weekend?
Here I have a card to share which I made some time ago using the Pion 'North Pole' papers and images. These were purchased from Noor Design UK, as were some of the embellishments etc too. The remaining embellishments were from Wild Orchid Crafts and my stash. You will see I have been using the Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste again too.
Thank you so much for stopping by.

NO IMAGE CARD
Hi everyone,
A card with mo image? This was a new mission for me! But once I got going I found not only could I do it! lol but I was actually pleased with the result. I have had this one saved in my saved photos folder for a while now so it is time I posted it on my Blog.
You will gather that I just love the window die which I purchased from Noor Design UK and at that time the lovely sprigs and fir cones were in stock too. In addition there is a mixture of embellishments both from Noor and also from Wild Orchid Crafts. I love the addition of cheesecloth. I keep forgetting to use that, I must make a note to use it more often again. The one I purchased from Tracy at Noor Design UK really is the finest quality and a joy to use.
Well, I think that is it for this week, so I will wish you a very happy weekend, and again thank you so much for stopping by.

BEADED TREE
Hi everyone
This is a photo of a card I made very recently. You might recall that I had been introduced to using Gilding Wax/Gilding Polish? Well as is often the case I got completely carried away with it. I love the effect. I must confess I found the Gilding Polish much more to my budget than the Wax although I do love them both.
The tree? Well it is a Digi image which I have very carefully dressed with pearls and beads using Glossy Accents to adhere them. I am just loving the Merry Christmas Die which I think I purchased from Noor Design Uk? You will see I have added silver Gilding Polish there too. There are lots of embellishments from both Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design Uk. And the fabulous JOY charm was a gift from a lovely friend. Anything else came from my stash.
I just loved making these beaded tree cards and using the Gilding Polish and will definitely be doing it again! I would love a Gilding Polish in baby pink, if anyone knows where I can get one please do tell me?
As always thanks for taking the time to stop by.
